Required documents for the international exhibition tour

  1. Original passport with signature, along with previous passports

a) Validity of at least 6 months from the date of entry and having two blank pages facing each other

b) Separate passport for each person is required.

  1. 3 pieces of 4.5 * 3.5 color photo, full face with light background, completely from the front, without smile, without glasses, round face should be clearly visible and 70 to 80 percent of the photo should be the person’s face. Maximum for the last 6 months (Photo should not be the same as passport and previous visas.)

  2. Original and translation of birth certificate

  3. Original bank account certificate with bank seal and signature only in English (The time of issuance of the bank account certificate should be a maximum of 7 days before the date of submission of documents to the embassy and the size of the bank print should be A4.)

a) Current accounts: Three-month performance in English

b) Certificate of deposit for bank deposits in English and along with three-month interest rate in English with branch seal and bank signature (Certificate of deposit alone is not acceptable.)

  2. Original and translation of occupational and financial documents:

a) Doctors: Clinic license or employment contract along with leave letter and last three salary slips from work, permanent medical license, medical system card (valid for the current year)

b) Lawyers: Attorney license

c) Government jobs: Employment contract along with leave letter, or letter from the relevant organization stating the duration of employment, position and amount of salary received and stating leave according to the date of travel (with issue date less than one month), position and name of the person signing the occupational certificate, 3 last salary slips

d) Retirees: Retirement order, last salary slip

e) Non-governmental jobs: Certificate of employment stating the duration of employment, position and amount of salary received and stating leave according to the date of travel from the relevant company (with issue date less than one month), position and name of the person signing the occupational certificate, along with 3 last salary slips and social security insurance history

f) In case of self-employment: Business license / Establishment advertisement, latest advertisement related to occupational positions and change of company address / Direct card (In case of providing a direct card, providing the original business license is mandatory.)

  • Providing financial documents of the company for those who have a position in the official newspaper is mandatory.

g) Teachers, professors and faculty members of universities: Original employment contract along with leave letter or certificate of employment stating the duration of employment, position and amount of salary received and stating leave according to the date of travel (with issue date less than one month), position and name of the person signing the occupational certificate, along with 3 last salary slips

h) Students: Original and translation of letter of enrollment

  1. For children under 18 who travel without parents or with one of them, a notarized consent form is required and needs to be translated into English.

  2. Original and translation of spouse’s occupational and financial documents for housewives

  • Complete personal information form completely and accurately

Signing the embassy form and power of attorney form for applicants is necessary and for applicants under 18 years old, simultaneous signature of father and mother is mandatory.

  • The original documents will remain with the agency until the traveler returns from travel.
